Licensed Psychotherapist Certified Health & Wellness Coach

Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but it takes courage and strength to prioritize your mental health. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and inviting atmosphere where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I also specialize in Divorce Recovery Therapy and Co-Parenting Counseling, helping families reduce conflict, align routines across two homes, and support children’s well-being during post-separation transitions.

I believe in an integrative therapeutic approach that treats each client as an individual. Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, I tailor my sessions based on what works best for you. I understand the mind-body connection and how our thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors can impact our physical health. For co-parenting work, I offer practical tools - neutral communication templates, de-escalation strategies, and predictable two-home routines - so changes translate into daily life.

I received my doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, I am certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a nutritional health coach, board-certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as a diplomat and also trained as a SMART resilience trainer. I am also certified by the High Conflict Institute (HCI) in high-conflict dynamics and co-parenting interventions.

When we work together, we will create a comprehensive plan that includes psychotherapy, nutrition coaching, exercise routines, and mindfulness techniques to create lasting change for optimal well-being. Let's take this journey together towards achieving the balance and fulfillment you deserve.
